About us
At OMUNIO we focus on delivering the PSA data you need in a readable format through its native Reporting module.
Our skill set is focused around knowing which data tables are required, how to sort, group, filter and if necessary manipulate the data using formulas to get the data you need to drive your business.
At and affordable price we make sure you'll get the data with a professional looking layout with charts, formatted cells.
We make doing business with us fast & easy by requiring minimal scoping and meetings . We are able to do this thanks to our
very simply and a straightforward proven strategy.
All we ask of you is to spend quality time on creating a mock-up in a spreadsheet, naming the columns in the right order as you see them in your PSA interface, number the columns that should be used for sorting in consecutive order, show which columns require totalization and highlight the cell containing the total that is to be used for the graph.
We will send you an example spreadsheet to help you along.
Upon us receiving your mock-up report, we'll determine if your PSA is capable of extracting data for such a report and we'll inform you on the next steps to get that report in your possession.

Basic Report
Contact usA report that shows generic infomation only of fi tickets, contracts or timesheets fi. It requires only one single table to show the data requested and it would include a graph as well
It also allows for filters, sorting and grouping of data and the totalization of data.

Standard Report
Contact usA report that shows for example not only generic infomation but also the notes of a ticket, or the time entries. For invoices it would contain generic information as well as the line items on the invoice. It requires a maximum of two tables to show the data requested and it would include a graph as well
It also allows for filters, sorting and grouping of data and the totalization of data.

Premium Report
Contact usA report that shows for example generic infomation plus the ticket notes ánd the time entries for each ticket. It collects informatio from 3 or more tables. These are the most complicated reports and will actually require investigating and deep data analyses if at all possible. This report again includes a graph as well. Again it also allows for filters, sorting and grouping of data and the totalization of data.

Custom Invoice / Quote
Contact usHere's where we'll create your custom invoice / quote layout. This would not be as complicated as a Premium Report but is very tedious work. Just send us the invoice / quote as you'd like to have it holding all available type of oline items (labour / Services / Products and add some extra explantion to it like "totals for tickets only' or 'group the various type of line items (products / hours/ services).
